First tip of all, Get a Mattress Topper
Sleeping on the provided Aliner couch cushions probably never thrilled anyone. Camper couch cushions are durable, not soothing. The good news is that all you need to make sleep better is a mattress topper, and a three- or four-inch one will fit nicely below your Aliner´s fold line.

to the left, a counter to the right, and the rear bed in back

duvets tossed over, under a picture window.
In cold weather, a the most popular foam toppers will stiffen, but they warm up quickly with a human body or two lying on top.
Other ways to make your camper bed easy to live with follow:
Use a Duvet
The bright bed covers in our Aliner are actually light weight puffy blankets. We have two twin-bed sized ones, each of which covers most of the double bed in our Scout. They are easy to fluff — no bed-making — washable, and both cool and warm, depending on the season.
One duvet for each person means that when your partner rolls over, you keep your covers — the ultimate luxury!
Consider an Additional Wool Blanket for Cold Nights
In really cold weather, we put an all-wool camping blanket between our top sheet and the duvets. Wool is the ultimate breathable fabric, and works well with the duvets on coldest nights.
Add a Fitted End to a Top Sheet
Making a camper bed is an aggravation. A fitted sheet helps (I´d say it´s essential!), but that top sheet is utter misery, and guaranteed to pull out every night.

The end of an off-white fitted sheet is sewn
to the bottom of the top sheet, and tucked
in under the Aliner wall.
I cut a fitted end off of an old bottom sheet, and sewed it to our top sheet. No more shifting and pulling of the top sheet, and tucking it in each time we change the linens is now infinitely faster and easier.
Find a Useful Pocket for the Far Side of the Bed
I´m the smaller person, so I sleep next to the window, where the roofline dips. This works fine for us, but I loose the benefit of a side table. Once in bed, though, it´s helpful to have access to a few things I may need or want before sleeping.

flange attached which slips between the

In the auto accessories department of a store, I found this gadget, which is meant to go between a front car seat and the car´s console. It´s hard plastic and slips between the Aliner´s mattress and the far wall, and holds all my night gear.

and a purple paperback book in a front slot.
It holds tissue, reading glasses, a book, and a nightguard (not shown), too. All this stuff is accessible, but out of the way, and firmly in place. Very handy!
Figure Out Partner Management
The one downside of that wonderful Aliner roof, which makes standing a natural thing, is that there´s little room on the far side of the double bed. That´s a non-issue for couples who get up at the same time, but for us, this is trickier. I wake up long before my spouse, who sleeps on the outside of the bed.
There´s a little wrangling involved with getting out of bed without waking Mr. A. up completely, but I´m here to tell you that it can be done, and I´ve learned to slip over his feet, grip the counter, and sneak out of bed with minimum fuss. This is probably the only downside of a double-bedded Aliner — but it´s highly surmountable. (And if you really care, Aliners are available with single beds to avoid the whole issue.) Count on practicing, though!
Exploit The Rear Window
It´s the best thing ever. Leave the shade open, and you wake up to a view like this:

leafed trees.
